Take care of your watch

Your watch is not only a trendy accessory, but also a long-term investment.
To maintain the watch’s reliability, precision and value, the watch needs care and attention.
By setting aside a few minutes each week with an external cleaning, you can preserve both the stylish appearance of your watch and the watch’s functions for a longer time.

Use

► Read the instructions that follows with your watch in your watch box to understand the functions and mechanisms of the watch.
► Avoid contact with perfumes, liquor or petroleum products that can damage seals, links, the case or the strap/bracelet.
► Make sure the crown on the watch used to change the time/date is always correctly/fully pressed. This prevents water or dust from entering.
► Avoid situations where the watch or strap/bracelet can be easily scratched, this can eventually affect the watch case and strap/bracelet.
► Avoid wearing your watch if you are going to do heavy physical work.
► If your watch has a leather strap, do not wear it too tight and avoid water.
► Avoid exposing your watch to rapid temperature changes.
► Keep your LP watch in a cool, dry place when not being worn.
